Below we outline the strict terms and conditions for returning and exchanging products purchased from our website, in order to ensure transparency in dealings.
1. Return Policy (within 4 days)
* The customer has the right to request a return of the product and a refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 4 days from the date of receiving the order.
* Acceptance Condition: Returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original condition. It must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and all labels and packaging must be undamaged.
* Due to the nature of our products, which include perfumes, oud, and cosmetics, any return requests for products that have been opened, tried, or used are rejected for reasons of public health and safety, and there are no exceptions to this clause.
2. Replacement policy (within 7 days)
* The customer has the right to request to exchange the product for another product from our store within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
* Acceptance condition: The same return condition applies; the product to be exchanged must be in its original condition and unopened.
If a customer exchanges a product for one of higher value, they are responsible for paying the price difference. If the new product is of lower value, the customer will receive a refund for the difference.
3. Damaged or defective products
* If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, the customer must inform us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) and attach clear photos showing the damage.
* In this case only, the company will bear all shipping costs and replace the damaged product with a new identical product.
4. Shipping and delivery costs
* If the return or exchange request is based solely on the customer's wishes (without any defect or error in the order), the customer shall bear all shipping costs (for return or exchange).
* Original shipping fees and cash-on-delivery service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
